This site contains resources specifically created for CareBridge EVV users. Providers attempting to get started using the CareBridge EVV solution should plan to complete the following milestones: 1. Complete the EVV Provider Setup & Access Request Form: http://survey.carebridgehealth.com/iaevv 2. Log into the CareBridge Portal 3. Acknowledge an Authorization/Schedule an Appointment 4. Complete an EVV visit using CareBridge EVV 5. Submit a claim via CareBridge EVV Providers can register for CareBridge EVV User Training following the Provider Agency Training - Registration Information link below. This training covers all of the information necessary to complete these milestones. Providers can access Iowa-specific Provider Portal and Caregiver Instructor documents by following the links below.
