The CareBridge mobile application (available for Apple and Android) can be downloaded for free from the  App Store or Google Play store. The instructions below will tell you how to download and log in to the application.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Check-In and Check-Out

If you are unable to use the CareBridge Mobile Application, you can use the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) to Check-In and Check-Out of the scheduled visit. This method takes more time to complete, and you will need to use an agency-approved phone number to call the IVR line.
