The CareBridge mobile application (available for iOS and Android) can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play store The instructions in this document will tell you how to download and log in to the application.

The CareBridge mobile application is available to Caregivers and can be downloaded from the App Store or the Google Play store. The instructions in this document will tell you how to Check-In and Check-Out of appointments within the mobile application.

If you are unable to use the CareBridge Mobile Application, you can use the Interactive Voice
Response (IVR) option to Check-In and Check-Out of the scheduled visit. You will need to use the Member’s home phone to call the IVR phone number.
