CareBridge offers EVV services to our clients in Tennessee. This includes access to the EVV platform for managing service authorizations, scheduling, visit validation, claiming, and reports for providers and payers who use our system. We also provide data aggregation on all visits provided to persons receiving EVV required services.
CareBridge provides on-demand training sessions for Provider Agencies to take at their own pace. The following on-demand sessions are available to you at any time.

CareBridge Provider Orientation -This session will give you an introduction to the EVV Provider Portal and Caregiver Mobile Application.
- Module 1- Setting Up Your Office-This module focuses on setting up your office employees and caregivers and additional setup functions.

Module 2- Train the Trainer: Mobile Application & IVR-This module is a train-the-trainer session in which a CareBridge facilitator shares how to train your caregiver staff on downloading, logging into, and using the mobile application or Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
- Module 3- Authorizations and Scheduling-This module focuses on managing authorizations, scheduling members, and creating appointments.
- Module 4- Visits and Billing-This module focuses on verifying visits, preparing for billing, and submitting claims.
